The Fix Bikes understands your concerns about privacy. We (referred to as The Fix, The Fix Bikes, The Fix Bike Shop, or thefixbikes.com) want to assure our customers and Web visitors that The Fix Bikes takes

make The Fix Bikes services more efficient and customized for your needs. We do not sell, share, or divulge any such information to third parties except to ship and track orders, or confirm delivery. Collection of
email addresses is for account use only. Account holders with The Fix Bikes will receive our email promotions and can choose to unsubscribe at any time. If you want to unsubscribe to our email list, you simply
click the unsubscribe link in any email promotion sent from us. Our Web visitors are welcome to browse the website without the collection of any personally identifiable information.

Online Orders
Orders submitted via thefixbikes.com will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Items in stock will be shipped within this time frame. If an item is not in stock, the customer will be notified via email or telephone of
availability and extended shipping times.
Shipping Rates & Methods
All shipping rates are based on the weight, dimension, shipping zip code, and shipping method of products ordered. At The Fix we ship most orders using UPS and FedEx. For all international shipping and
domestic small package shipping, such as DVDs or small parts, we use USPS. Packages are always insured for the full value of the order. For your protection and ours, all packages over $50 in value must be
signed for upon delivery by the orderer.
Tracking Your Order
Please call or email us if you need to track your order. If you did not receive a tracking number when you placed your order, we’ll be happy to track it for you or get you the tracking number.
Damaged Items

Returns & Exchanges
We believe in the quality of our products, but also in your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a product, contact The Fix toll-free at 1.866.790.2453 or locally at 303.939.8349 or via email at info@thefixbikes.com,
and we will do our best to help you. Please note: items purchased from The Fix may be returned or exchanged only if unused. Frames, components or parts that have been built or installed may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded on returns. If the return is a result of an error made by The Fix Bikes, shipping costs will be refunded.

Warranties
The Fix is proud to sell only the best products in the mountain bike industry. We will assist you with any warranty claims on any product purchased at The Fix. Warranty policies vary between manufacturers, and any
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
* International customers who purchase an Intense frame or Intense parts may only warranty Intense parts/frames through The Fix Bikes and the U.S. warranty department. This means any warranty part/frame
must be shipped to The Fix Bikes, and we will resolve the warranty with Intense Cycles in the United States. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the process.
Special Orders
The Fix wants to assist you with your special order and unique part needs. Call us toll-free at 1.866.790.2453 for assistance. Special orders will require a non-refundable 50% deposit before the product is requested
from the manufacturer.
International Ordering
The Fix will ship most products we carry internationally.
- We declare full value on all items shipped. We WILL NOT declare any item as a gift.
- We only use FedEx or UPS to ship internationally.
- Any Duties, taxes, or customs are the receiver's responsibility.
- All transactions over $500 are only done via bank wire transfer.
